Millar does it again. Unique send-up of classic spy thrillers that's very entertaining.
A good, fun read that actually has me excited for the movie. But then, that's what I've come to expect from the Millar books, so this was par for the course. Definitely recommend for anyone who simply appreciates action stories, let alone good comic books.
An absolutely epic take on the modern spy genre. The movie was fantastic & it's quickly become one of my favorite graphic novels of all time! Highly recommended to all mature readers!
It's a good graphic novel...but the version is missing pages in several sections. But don't let that stop from reading it.
Mark Millar is not wholesome, but he does know how to create characters. Gary and Jack are the spy equivalent of the Odd Couple. Overall, a great graphic novel.
Usually a book is better than its movie, but in this case I preferred the movie. With that said, it was still a very exciting read and if I hadn't seen the movie it would probably would've been 5 stars. I would like to see more books in this series.
Really loved the book. Great explanation to why Mark Hammill was in the first movie! Fun and amazing artwork. Perhaps the best work done by these individuals ever. Loved the movie? You will love this graphic novel.
